Alex Richmond is an associate whose practice centers on private equity, particularly private fund formation and fund transactions. She advises private fund sponsors through the fund formation and capital-raising process. She also acts for public pension plans, additional institutional investors and funds-of-funds, guiding them through primary commitments, continuation-vehicle investments and co-investment opportunities.
