A senior partner in the firm's Ottawa office, Scott Fletcher practises general corporate and commercial law with significant emphasis on telecommunications, technology, energy and government relations. He advises on corporate and commercial matters including commercial alliances, strategic and policy board advice and privatizations, and provides advice on regulatory matters in telecommunications, energy and gaming and lotteries industries. He is the firm client team leader for several major clients in telecommunications and energy and has served as a director of federal Canadian corporations.
