About Jeff
He has advised purchasers, targets and special committees on many significant merger and acquisition transactions. He also advises public companies on corporate governance, shareholder activism, restructurings and securities law matters. He took on the role of Managing Partner of the London office in 2023 and is an adjunct professor at the Henry N.R. Jackman Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto.
