About Danielle

Danielle Blanchard practises in employment, construction, and immigration law, with extensive training in conflict resolution. She has authored peer-reviewed publications on construction law and legal education in Canada, published in the Journal of the Canadian College of Construction and the Canadian Legal Education Annual Review. Her employment work covers employment agreements, severance, contract changes, constructive dismissal, independent contractors, and employment standards, while her construction work covers large construction contracts, deficiencies and holdbacks, tendering, and liens. She grew up in Victoria and attended the Thompson Rivers Law program.
