About Brian
Brian Beitz practises as a solicitor in commercial and corporate law (buying and selling businesses, incorporation, corporate structure, commercial lending, shareholder and partnership agreements), real estate conveyancing (residential and commercial, including mortgages), and trust law (including joint spousal and alter ego trusts). He joined Jones Emery in 2016 after a judicial clerkship with the BC Supreme Court in Vancouver and is now the firm's managing partner. He received his law degree from the University of Victoria and previously worked in hotel management.
