About Hayden

Hayden Schwam practices general litigation, family law, employment law, wills and estates, and residential real estate. He earned a Bachelor of Arts with a major in psychology from the University of Victoria in 2021 and his law degree from Dalhousie University in 2025, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2026 after articling at Pearlman Lindholm. Born in Vancouver and raised in Victoria, he moved to Halifax for law school and now considers himself an honorary Maritimer. Outside of work, he enjoys hockey, golf, and walks with his golden retriever.
