About Francesco

Franco Silletta advises individuals and organizations in commercial, corporate, real estate, trusts, and intellectual property law, and is a registered Canadian trademark agent. A native Victorian, he attended the University of Victoria for both his engineering and law degrees, receiving the Law Society Gold Medal for finishing first in his law class. He clerked at the British Columbia Court of Appeal, articled at an intellectual property boutique in Vancouver, and litigated complex intellectual property disputes for major companies at a top-ranked New York City law firm before returning to Victoria.
