About Joji

Joji Kawaguchi is an associate lawyer focusing on civil litigation, personal injury, and estate disputes. He joined League and Williams as an articled student in February 2021 and was called to the British Columbia bar in January 2022. He holds a Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management and a Master of Arts in International Affairs, both from Carleton University, and spent two years working for the Government of Alberta before earning his Juris Doctor at the University of Victoria. During law school he completed a clinical term at The Law Centre and co-op placements with the BC Ministry of Attorney General and the Office of the BC Ombudsperson. He's a member of the Victoria Bar Association.
