About Michael

Michael Fisher practices labour, human rights, employment, and administrative law, representing trade unions and employees exclusively. He has appeared before arbitration and labour boards federally and provincially, as well as the federal courts and the Supreme Court of Canada. He was called to the bar in 2010 after earning his LL.B. from the University of Ottawa and a BA in English from the University of Regina. As a law student he worked at Ottawa community legal clinics, and before articling at RavenLaw he worked in the non-profit sector on Indigenous rights issues, particularly involving the Métis of western Canada.
