About Alyssa

Alyssa Mariani is a partner at TDS with a practice focused primarily on civil litigation and administrative law. Her work spans negligence, insurance law, personal injury, civil sexual assault claims, contractual disputes, and criminal matters. Alyssa has appeared before the Provincial Court of Manitoba, the Manitoba Court of Queen's Bench, the Manitoba Court of Appeal, and the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench, and assisted on a Supreme Court of Canada appeal in 2018. She also represents clients in mediations and arbitrations before administrative tribunals. Alyssa earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in 2010 and a Juris Doctor in 2015, both from the University of Manitoba, and was called to the Manitoba bar in 2016. She has been recognized in Benchmark Litigation Canada as a 2026 Future Litigation Star.
