About Simcha

Simcha Walfish practices labour and employment, human rights, administrative law, and constitutional law, representing unions and their members in grievance and interest arbitrations and before labour boards and courts. He articled at RavenLaw before joining as an associate in 2020, and was called to the bar in 2021. He holds a BCL/JD from McGill University's joint common and civil law program (2020) and a BA Honours from the University of King's College (2013). Before law school he worked in the parliamentary office of a federal party leader, and during law school he volunteered at McGill's Legal Information Clinic and a legal clinic assisting migrants with precarious immigration status.
