About Nicole
Nicole Smith practices primarily in labour and employment law and human rights law. Her interest in law developed during an exchange to San Luis Potosi, Mexico, where she interned with the Human Rights Commission of San Luis Potosi. She received her law degree from the University of Manitoba in 2012, was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2013, and became a Partner at Pitblado Law in 2022. Nicole is a certified workplace investigator who has conducted investigations for a range of clients, including Indigenous organizations, and is trilingual in English, Spanish, and French. She serves as a Board Member for the Manitoba Chambers of Commerce and volunteers with the Legal Help Centre in Winnipeg.
