About Kristen

Kristen is a partner at Myers LLP practising in labour and administrative law. She advises unions on collective agreement interpretation, workplace policies, and employment-related legislation, including human rights and workplace privacy, and represents clients in grievance arbitration and judicial review applications. Kristen has appeared before the Manitoba Labour Board, professional disciplinary bodies, the Manitoba Court of King's Bench and Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as superior courts in Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Alberta. She has chaired the Manitoba Bar Association's Labour and Employment Section Executive.
