About Faylene
Faylene Lunn is an intellectual property lawyer whose work centres on patent litigation, including matters under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations. She helps clients protect and enforce patent portfolios across a number of jurisdictions and regularly writes opinions addressing infringement, validity and freedom to operate, with particular attention to pharmaceutical patents. Before turning to law, she completed a doctorate in biochemistry and molecular biology at Dalhousie University, publishing research in peer-reviewed scientific journals and presenting at chemistry conferences nationally and internationally.
