Monique Couture is a partner in the firm's Ottawa office and a registered trademark agent managing an intellectual property counselling and litigation practice. She specializes in trademark enforcement, anti-counterfeiting, and prosecution, serving clients across manufacturing, music, entertainment, alcoholic beverages, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, fashion, and retail. She has represented clients before the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Trademarks Opposition Board. She spent four years in Moscow establishing the firm's anti-counterfeiting and litigation practice.
