About Siwei
Siwei is an associate lawyer at ATAC Law whose practice focuses on civil litigation, construction disputes, family litigation and residential tenancy matters. He regularly assists clients with contested matters before the Supreme Court and Provincial Court of British Columbia, negotiated settlements and enforcement proceedings. Before practising in Canada, Siwei was a licensed lawyer in China, where he worked with a food service chain on commercial site due diligence and represented clients in business-related court proceedings. He holds a Bachelor of Law from Southeast University and a Master of Law from the University of Edinburgh. He is fluent in Mandarin and English and is a member of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers.
