About Rodolfo
Rodolfo is an associate lawyer at ATAC LAW with a multidisciplinary practice spanning construction law, employment law, immigration, torts, tenancy disputes, contracts, family matters, driving prohibition reviews and debt collection. He works as both litigator and solicitor, and a large part of his practice involves construction disputes, drawing on earlier experience coordinating envelope-remediation projects for a construction company. Before that, he spent about three years as an operational and sales manager for a large coatings company. Rodolfo was born and raised in Brazil, where he earned his law degree from the Universidade de Direito de Curitiba (UNICURITIBA) in 2015. He completed further legal education at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC in 2021 and was accredited to enter the Law Society bar admission program by the National Committee of Accreditation. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, and Portuguese is his native language.
