About Shara

Shara Roy is the Executive Managing Partner of EY Law and EY Canada's Chief Legal Counsel, responsible for the firm's litigation, regulatory compliance, governance, contracts and employment-related matters. Before joining EY, she was a partner at a litigation boutique focused on commercial disputes, securities litigation, insolvency and class actions. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the Advocates' Society.
