About Zoe
Zoe Rossolatos is a senior governance and regulatory advisor with over 20 years of experience counseling CEOs, boards, and executive teams across sectors such as transportation, energy, real estate, technology, hospitality, and airports. She previously held the role of General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at Mazda Canada, and at Caravel she works with clients on governance modernization, regulatory strategy, risk management, and data privacy matters. She has also served as Corporate Secretary, overseen legal and privacy functions across organizations, and helped boards navigate growth, regulatory challenges, transformation initiatives, and crisis situations.
