Aliza's practice covers corporate and commercial matters, including reviewing SaaS agreements, information technology issues, privacy and data security, and copyright work such as DMCA takedowns, procurement and vendor management. She also drafts wills, powers of attorney and other estate documents, and prepares court materials such as facta and statements of claim and defence. She has researched and written legal memoranda on corporate, real estate and bankruptcy issues. Aliza previously worked at Macdonald Sager LLP and Banach Law LLP, and holds a J.D. from Queen's University along with an M.A. and honours B.A. from York University.
