Andrea Freund is Of Counsel focused on corporate and commercial matters, working closely with business teams on deals and regulatory issues. Her practice covers corporate governance, employment, information technology, privacy and data security, procurement, and anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance, and she often coordinates with global and external teams on cross-border matters. She also advises on mergers, licensing, acquisitions and divestitures, providing legal and compliance guidance through the integration of acquired businesses. Before her current role, she worked at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP and at Johnson & Johnson Inc. She holds an LL.B. from Queen's University and an M.B.A. from York University.
