Ayla Ahyoung Kim is a co-founder and partner of Kim & Toso LLP, focusing on real estate, business and corporate law. She has represented individuals, investors, entrepreneurs and corporations in residential and commercial real estate transactions, business acquisitions and sales, incorporations, corporate reorganizations and commercial agreements since her call to the Ontario Bar in 2012. She graduated with High Distinction from the University of Toronto and obtained her Juris Doctor from Queen's University, and is fluent in Korean.
