About Alex
Alex Stack focuses his practice on IP, IT and commercial matters, drawing on years of work in the pharmaceutical and technology industries. He is a registered patent and trademark agent and has taught as an adjunct professor at both Toronto Metropolitan University and the University of Toronto. His writing includes work on international patent law and the calculation of monetary remedies in Canadian IP cases. Before his current role, Alex worked at Mylan Pharmaceuticals, Gilbert's LLP and Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. He holds a BA from the University of Toronto (1978) and an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School (1981).
