About Zach
Zach Maria is an associate attorney in Green and Spiegel's Cleveland office, where his practice focuses on employment-based immigration, including TN, L, and H-1B petitions along with permanent labor certification applications. Before turning to immigration law, he assisted low-income clients through Community Legal Aid in Akron, Ohio, and clerked for the Franklin County Public Defender's Office in its juvenile unit. Zach holds a JD from the Michael E. Moritz College of Law at Ohio State University, along with a Master of Arts in Public Policy from the same school, and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Cleveland State University. He was admitted to the Ohio State Bar in 2020.
