About Yasmin
Yasmin Abbadi is an associate in Nelligan Law's Family Law group. She earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in International Management from the University of Ottawa before completing her law degree with honours at the University of Kent in England. While in law school she volunteered with the Kent Law Clinic and the Joint Enterprise Appeal Project and took part in several mooting competitions. She was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2022 and worked at a boutique Ottawa family law firm before joining Nelligan Law in 2025. Her practice covers domestic contracts and parenting, property, and support disputes, handled through both negotiation and litigation. She provides services in English and Arabic.
