About Brian
Brian Hebert is a partner at Nelligan Law and one of two founding partners of Hebert Leal LLP, which joined the firm in 2010. He has extensive experience in land development, commercial real estate, and financing, representing home builders in the Ottawa area on the acquisition, development, and subdivision of real estate for residential housing, as well as agreements between landowners and municipalities on infrastructure installation. Hebert has represented local and national commercial lenders on real estate projects ranging from office buildings to residential subdivisions and has worked on business relationships between the private sector and social housing organizations. He is a former senior instructor of the Law Society of Upper Canada's real estate bar admission course and was recognized in the 2018 to 2021 editions of The Best Lawyers in Canada for real estate law.
