Administrative & Regulatory LawAndrew Montague-Reinholdt is a partner at Nelligan Law and team leader of its Employment and Labour Law practice groups. He holds a J.D. from the University of Ottawa, and his practice includes administrative, constitutional, and human rights law, wrongful dismissal claims, contract negotiations, professional discipline, class proceedings, collective bargaining, and grievance arbitration. Montague-Reinholdt has represented clients before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, the Ontario Superior Court, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board, and the Ontario Court of Appeal, and has served as class counsel in class proceedings. During law school he was on the highest-ranked Canadian team in the American Bar Association Negotiation Competition and represented the University of Ottawa in the Labour Law Moot, and he was recognized in the 2025 Best Lawyers Ones To Watch list.
