He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint ventures, advising buyers, sellers and targets on domestic and cross-border transactions and private equity sponsors on acquisitions, investments and exits. Sarno previously practiced at a pre-eminent law firm in New York focusing on M&A and private equity.
