Warren Sprigings litigates primarily within the pharmaceutical industry, covering proceedings under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations, patent infringement and validity disputes, trademark actions and oppositions, and damage quantification work. He is a registered Canadian patent and trademark agent as well as a registered U.S. patent agent, and his experience includes drafting and prosecuting patent and trademark applications. Warren holds a B.A.Sc. and an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa and was called to the Ontario bar in 1992.
