Kate McGilvray co-leads the Fund Formation practice, advising investors and sponsors on fund investments, direct investments and co-investments across real estate, infrastructure, private equity, energy and private debt. She also counsels corporations on ESG compliance and M&A transactions, and is also admitted to the Law Society of England and Wales.
