Peter A. Hertz
Peter is a partner in the firm's Civil Litigation Group, where he focuses on construction law, municipal issues, and debtor/creditor issues. He's a member of the Ontario Expropriation Association, and he's represented clients at the Ontario Municipal Board in market value disputes and business loss claims.
