About Kathleen

Kathleen (Katie) Bolger is an associate lawyer in the firm's Ottawa office, called to the bar in 2025. Her civil litigation practice centres on subrogation and employment law, and she is building an interest in regulatory and administrative law as well as occupiers' liability. She has handled examinations, mediations, pre-trials and small claims actions, and has assisted with matters before tribunals such as the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal. A proud Franco-Ontarian who completed her law degree through the French-language program, she is able to serve clients in both English and French. Kathleen earned her B.A. from the University of Ottawa in 2021 and her J.D. in French Common Law from the same university in 2024, and belongs to the Ontario Bar Association.
