About Aaron
Aaron is a Toronto-based partner in Gowling WLG's Infrastructure and Construction Group with extensive experience structuring, drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts with a focus on the development of major capital projects. He helps owners, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders navigate critical procurement processes for mining, sustainable energy, conventional construction and infrastructure projects. Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Aaron served as in-house counsel at two global engineering firms and in a hybrid legal and business role at a large Canadian mining company with assets in North America, South America and Africa.
