Eric Pedersen is the managing partner of Velletta Pedersen Christie and a trial lawyer practising in commercial litigation, property litigation, employment law, and estate litigation. He's achieved results for clients in Provincial Court, the BC Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, the BC Human Rights Tribunal, the BC Employment Standards Tribunal, and the Social Security Tribunal of Canada. He's a graduate of the University of Victoria's Faculty of Law, where he won the Gowlings Prize in Intellectual Property and Technology Law, and was called to the bar in 2013. He sat on the board of the Victoria Cool-Aid Society from 2014 to 2020, including as board chair, and is a member of the Trial Lawyers of British Columbia and the Law Society of British Columbia.
