About Justin

Justin Hanson is a co-founder and director of Morley Hanson Law Corporation. His practice focuses on strata governance, dispute resolution, bylaw drafting, debt collection, employment law, real estate conveyancing and refinancing, contract negotiation, and construction. He was called to the Bar in 2004 after articling at Crease Harman, then spent eight years as associate counsel at Wilson Marshall before building his strata law practice over thirteen years at Stevenson Luchies & Legh. Hanson has advised more than 1,400 strata corporations and has litigated at every level of court in British Columbia. He co-authored BCREA's Strata Fundamentals 1 and 2 course manuals and lectures to realtors across the province on strata law and governance.
