Josh Bloomenthal is a partner at Crease Harman LLP who joined as an articled student in May 2019 after completing both his undergraduate and law degrees at the University of Victoria. His practice is exclusively civil litigation, covering complex commercial disputes such as construction litigation, property disputes, partition proceedings, corporate litigation, contract disputes, and foreclosures, along with defamation, privacy, negligence, and contested estate (wills variation) litigation. He has appeared at every level of court in British Columbia, including the Court of Appeal, and previously ran a construction company and a music promotion business.
