About Eric

Eric Clausen is an associate at Velletta Pedersen Christie whose litigation practice includes maritime law, construction disputes, commercial litigation, fisheries law, wills and estates litigation, personal injury, and insurance disputes. Before studying law, he was a top-performing technology undergraduate, a journeyman boatbuilder, a professional mariner and fisherman, and a business owner, and he's appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia. He's a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia, the Victoria Bar Association, and the Law Society of British Columbia, and has served as a volunteer firefighter and with the Pipes and Drums of the Canadian Scottish regiment in Victoria.
