About Vincent

Vincent Lachance's practice covers business law, corporate law and employment law. He advises growing SMEs and large organizations on corporate structuring, commercial contract negotiation, and strategic employment and labour relations advice. An accredited mediator with the Barreau du Québec in civil, commercial, employment and small claims matters, he is known for a practical, business-minded approach to preventing and resolving disputes. Before turning to corporate work, he served as in-house counsel at an international engineering firm on a major infrastructure project worth more than $8 billion, negotiated commercial construction and engineering contracts, and advised the leadership of a national public institution network on budget and regulatory decisions. He has appeared before the Administrative Labour Tribunal and grievance arbitrators, and serves on the management committees of a social pediatrics centre supporting vulnerable children and families.
