About Andrew

Andrew Charbonneau earned his law degree at the Université du Québec à Montréal after beginning his university studies in political science, specializing in international relations, and completing graduate studies in American politics. He was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2018, after articling at RBD Avocats. He practises in labour and employment law, occupational health and safety, and disciplinary and professional law, primarily representing members of the Fédération des policiers et policières du Québec and the Fédération des employés du préhospitalier du Québec, and other worker associations. He also advises and negotiates on collective-agreement renewals, and regularly argues before administrative tribunals and the courts.
