Valérie Bourdeau joined LJT's Commercial and Corporate Law team in 2024, focusing on commercial, corporate and tax matters, primarily advising pharmacy-industry clients. She previously worked in the tax department of an accounting firm in the Laurentians and is pursuing a graduate diploma in taxation at HEC Montréal.
