About Vanessa

Vanessa Carroll is a partner in the Ottawa office practicing health law and professional liability. She acts as counsel to the Canadian Medical Protective Association and previously represented physicians in medico-legal matters including negligence and professional discipline proceedings. She is an active member of the Executive of the Health Law Section of the Ontario Bar Association and is a frequent contributor to publications on significant and emerging issues in health law.
