About Rod
Rod Davidge's practice covers a range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions and financing of commercial property, co-ownership arrangements, property management, and leasing of office, industrial and retail space. He has also advised on real property issues arising from corporate acquisitions, reorganizations, equity offerings and insolvency restructurings. Rod holds an LL.B. from the University of Toronto and a B.Eng. and management degree from McMaster University. He served on the Ontario Bar Association's Real Property Section executive from 2006 to 2015, chairing the section from 2012 to 2014.
