About Aya
Aya Fahmi practises as a corporate, commercial and regulatory associate within Osler's Health Industry group. Her work includes strategic advice to health sector clients on corporate transactions and commercial agreements, along with regulatory opinions under federal and provincial statutes governing health and regulated products. She obtained her JD from Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to law school, Aya completed a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership at McGill University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, focused on public international law, at the American University in Cairo. She became an Osler associate in 2024.
