About Quentin
Quentin Montpetit is a commercial litigation lawyer based in Osler's Montreal office. His practice covers complex civil and commercial disputes, including class actions, contract disputes, product liability claims and disputes among shareholders. He also handles real estate litigation matters such as land disputes, commercial lease disagreements, contested transactions and construction-related claims. Montpetit has appeared before courts and administrative tribunals across Quebec, as well as the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal. During his studies, he won the Pierre-Basile-Mignault moot court competition in civil law and earned the title of best oralist. He holds a B.C.L./LL.B. from McGill University and belongs to the Jeune Barreau de Montréal, the Advocates' Society and the Jeune Chambre de commerce de Montréal.
