About Danielle
Danielle Colliver is a senior associate practising corporate and commercial law, with particular focus on complex technology transactions. She regularly advises on commercial deals involving the development of technology, outsourcing, procurement, and the licensing or transfer of hardware, software and other intellectual property. Her clients range from financial institutions and government bodies to technology service providers, retailers and insurance companies. Before joining Torys, she worked as legal counsel with the Department of Justice, focusing on technology and intellectual property matters in complex military procurement files, and she articled at the Social Security Tribunal before that. While in law school, she volunteered with the Personal Support Unit, assisting litigants who represented themselves.
