About Eran

Eran Rubman advises private equity firms and public and private strategic clients on a broad range of M&A transactions, including platform and add-on acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, joint ventures, divestitures, and sale transactions. He also advises emerging companies on venture capital financings, commercial agreements, and day-to-day corporate matters. Eran received his J.D. from Western University in 2021, graduating with distinction. During law school, he was an active member of the Western Community Legal Services Clinic, where he provided pro bono legal counsel to members of the London community.
