About Travis

Travis Carpenter is an associate who advises employers on labour, employment, and human rights matters. Before joining the firm, he articled and worked at a plaintiff-side employment law boutique in Toronto, giving him insight into how both employers and employees approach workplace disputes. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario in 2022, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
