About Alireza
Alireza Alimadad is an Associate in the firm's Business Disputes, Labour and Employment, and Insurance practice groups. He litigates commercial and employment matters for clients in industries ranging from technology and manufacturing to finance and public administration, including international clients. He has represented individuals and businesses before all levels of court in British Columbia as well as courts in other provinces, and regularly appears before the Human Rights Tribunal, the Employment Standards Branch, WorkSafeBC and the Workers' Compensation Appeal Tribunal. He earned his J.D. from the University of Calgary in 2022 and a B.Sc. (Honours) from the University of British Columbia in 2019, and he was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 2023.
