About Aileen

Aileen Gardiner advises and represents private and public sector employers across labour, employment and human rights law. While at Osgoode Hall Law School she was an executive member of the Osgoode Labour & Employment Law Society and volunteered as a caseworker at both Community & Legal Aid Services Programme and Parkdale Community Legal Services. In 2022 she received the Stewart Saxe Memorial Prize for outstanding academic performance in labour and employment law. She completed her summer and articling terms at the firm before returning as an associate. Aileen holds a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and an Honours B.A. from the University of Toronto in Political Science and Ethics, Society & Law, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2023.
