Aicha began her legal career at Sherrard Kuzz LLP as a law student before completing a judicial clerkship at the Federal Court of Appeal. She previously worked as an employment specialist for a Toronto not-for-profit and holds membership in the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association.
